James and his team went above and beyond to help out with not only the popcorn ceiling removal and patching of disastrous walls, but he also helped me navigate through the entire renovation process. Despite a lengthy delay in construction, James was incredibly flexible and worked around my uncertain schedule - working past midnight on multiple occasions to get the job done!
Understanding the challenges of my uneven walls and destroyed ceilings, James was very professional in setting reasonable expectations. Much to my satisfaction, James COMPLETELY exceeded all expectations set out. The walls and ceilings look fresh, brand new, and imperfection free.
