As a homeowner doing my own ensuite bathroom reno, we came up with the brilliant idea of a skylight over the shower space. After researching on homestars I called Jeff, who promptly returned my call and discussed the details. of course this was my critical path item, and I needed it done yesterday!
Jeff had me check truss measurement and send him picture to confirm the spacing we had, and by the next day he had confirmed the skylight availability and managed to squeeze me in the following friday.
The install itself was quick and painless. Jeff took a number of photos from the roof, and walked me through what had been done there. He then talked me through details to consider when building the skylight tunnel itself. Over the course of that I had a few questions which Jeff promptly got back to me on (keeping me on track).
Can't say enough about the quality and friendliness of the service, and would absolutely recommend Moore Skylights to any friends or colleagues looking for new or replacement work.
