We got several different quotes on what to do with our leaking skylight and Jeff was by far the most professional, helpful and quick to return our calls. He inspected the existing skylight on the roof on his first visit, researched what would be best for our particular (odd) slope and gave a firm quote.
The installation was completed on the day he said he would be here and done in good time. The series of pictures he took during the process enabled us to see exactly what had been done as well as prepare us for when the time comes to re-shingle.
The worksite was left clean and the workers were friendly, easy to understand, and pleasant to have working on our property. We would definitely recommend you call Jeff if you are serious about getting an excellent replacement and installation and never want to see him again! :-) (The quality of his work means you'll never need to use him again... unless you buy another old house with leaking skylights.)

Amazing work. The old skylight gone and a new one installed in less than a morning. Jeff is very professional, explains everything clearly,works efficiently and takes care of all the cleanup. Since moving into our home approximately 8 years ago, we had had nothing but problems with our skylights. Condensation would drip down on the drywall on all 5 skylights and interestingly enough, the humidity in the house was relatively normal. Over the 8 years, I had tried almost everything to rectify these issues including installing ceiling fans, increasing the CFM on exhaust fans, resealing the skylights to even having expandable foam installed in the skylight cavities when our roof was re-done a few years back. This time I was serious...I needed to find the right installer as I needed to replace 4 of the 5 skylights. I knew that I wanted a Velux certified installer...but believe me, not all are equal. Some offered the usual corner cutting tactics...but I didn't buy into it. From the time I met Jeff, I found him courteous, respectful, and genuinely interested in quality workmanship. When I quizzed him about the products used, he knew his stuff. What separates him from most is that he goes above and beyond to make sure that the home owner won't have anymore worries going forward. This means going above and beyond in terms of material and workmanship. If there are any issues (which I am very confident that there will not be), I know Jeff will have my back. Jeff was neat and tidy, professional, efficient, prompt and thorough. I am very happy with the work done by this contractor and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

My skylight was replaced 3 times over pas 15 years. It was a wrong type for my roof and installation was poor every time. Water damage was costly and inconvenience significant. Jeff explained all issues, installed correct skylight and did also additional repair on the roof. New skylight looks great and my confidence is back.

I recently replaced my old acrylic skylight with a new glass one. Jeff was great to deal with and spent the time to explain the installation process he uses and how it differentiates his company from the rest. He took extra care to put tarp inside my stairwell to catch any debris. There was a chance of rain and while he waited to get the glass on he took the precaution to cover and seal the opening just in case. He gave me the confidence that I will have a leak free skylight for years to come. Thank you for your excellent work.

We are very satisfied with our replaced skylight. Jeff communicates well, explaining all the steps in the process and delivered an outstanding job. He is clearly proud of his work. As soon as the new skylight was in place we noticed the difference; much better insulation and more light.
