We noticed leaks from the skylight in our new home after moving in. Contacted Jeff who provided fantastic information on the potential to repair or the need to replace. Jeff was able to quickly complete an inspection, provide options and a timeline that worked for us. Jeff received the materials earlier than expected and was able to move out installation date forward a few weeks. Fantastic service and experience.

Jeff was amazing from the very 1st call. Very responsive and helpful. Responded to all my questions and, put to rest all my concerns. I had to reschedule because of my work conflict, and Jeff was very cooperative. He has a cheerful and friendly demeanour and, gives the right recommendations. The space looks so bright now. Its beautiful.

My only complaint with him is that now I am so used to someone (Read: Jeff) responding promptly to emails and calls that I will now expect it from every other service provider......ha ha ha ha ha ha.
