Can't begin to say how pleased I am with the products and service from SWF. Lyle is fabulous! Very personable and friendly, he provided wonderful advice to help me choose the appropriate window treatments for two rooms. Eleanor, who set up the in-home consultation, was very polite and communicative - really lovely to deal with. When the blinds arrived, Shan completed the installation neatly and professionally. This was a top-notch experience and I'll invite SWF back to my home again for my next window covering project. Thanks, too, to HomeStars for leading me to Lyle and team!

Lyle was very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with from the first time my wife and I met with him. He worked with us to get exactly the right window coverings for our front, back, and porch windows. He was extremely insightful with the colour and type of product that would work for our space. I found him to be very meticulous. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work and stands behind the products he sells. The installer (I apologize as I can’t recall his name) was just as friendly and detailed orientated as Lyle. He did a fantastic job and the coverings looks amazing. During the install, it was discovered that one of the draw strings were too short. The installer got it fixed right away and installed the blind within a matter of days. The blinds have been installed for 3 months with no issues. Eleonor, the Customer Care rep, was just as friendly and helpful. Great product, workmanship, quality, and team of people. I would highly recommend this company for your window covering projects.

Lyle provided excellent design solutions and made sure to check every detail. He strongly recommended split shutters, the top half can be fully open for maximum light, with the bottom providing privacy. The shutters, wood of curse, were excellent value, the service outstanding.

Contacted Signature after reading their reviews on this website. I was unsure about the best solution for room darkening and what would look good aesthetically. Lyle showed various options and came up with beautiful blinds that look amazing and also completely block light. They easily open to let light in too. I love how they look and have no problem recommending this company to all. I will certainly be calling them when I need to replace existing blinds. Lyle is a genius.

To put it simply, Lyle was amazing from start to finish. He went to see our home (while it was still under construction), and then made his recommendations based on our "vision" for our home. My husband and I recently moved into a new home and needed to put some blinds and shutters in. We had no idea where to even start. Shortly after he provided a very reasonable quote and timelines. After comparing his quote with a few others I decided to go with SWF. We went with Cellular shades in the kitchen and main bedroom; a Roman blind for the nursery; as well as a room darkening curtain for the main bedroom.

An excellent experience throughout. Lyle was easy to reach and we were able to make an appointment the next day ( Lyle accommodated our schedule and arrived after dinner ). Brand new house, and Lyle showed us a number of options, brought samples and helped us choose exactly what we wanted. Lyle is very pleasant and a joy to deal with, very responsive and knowledgeable, and didn't try to oversell us. Installation was done in a day, with over 40 pieces requiring installation. Excellent work by Darshin the installer. Very highly recommended without hesitation.

Our products were ordered and installed on a timely fashion; the cost was extremely reasonable given the quality of the blinds we received.
