Radiant Floor Heating System Repair
I had a leak near the manifold in the heating system (installed by another company 5-6 years ago. I was referred to Sam at Radiant Sole, and while repairs are not the main part of their business, Sam was super responsive and worked at getting a technician out to look at the system as soon as possible. He even suggested how I might attempt to tighten the joints to save money. In any case, I did need someone and Sam sent Peter, who was really friendly, fixed the issue, waited while we put the heating system on to be sure it was fixed, and even showed me how to do it myself if needed in future. How great is that!!
