I have used Brodie's services before and each time he has been very prompt when responding to and completing a job. He has helped me with such things as installing light fixtures, re-lighting my furnace, and, most recently, installing a door for me that was not exactly straightforward, and took quite a bit of time. Brodie is a perfectionist and won't stop until it's perfect, I think he has almost every tool known to man. I will continue to recommend him to others.

Brodie from Capstone Installs was just here. I had called him a day or so before and he was very accommodating to my schedule and came at time convenient to me. He arrived very promptly. I had originally called to get an estimate on some duct work and moving a gas line. However, our kitchen was in the middle of being demolished for renovations, and in order to complete the demo, I need our appliances removed. Brody arrived expecting just to provide a quote, but he made the time to uninstall four of our appliances - electric oven, gas cooktop/blower combo, sink and dishwasher. It is obvious the amount of experience he has! Brodie was very professional and completed the work quickly and efficiently and was polite and friendly throughout. He offered a price at the start of the job and stuck to it even though I had added to the job while he was here. We are having him back to have our gas line moved and again he was able to accommodate my schedule on very short notice. He is a stand up person, and Carol Ann, in the office was also a pleasure to deal with. I found her very helpful as she provided timely information, always called back when she said she would, and was very polite. I would highly recommend Cap Stone Installs!

We were very pleased with the quick response time and service we received from Capstone Appliance Installations. Our outdoor overhead heater, in Whistler, was not working and Brodie was out the next day to repair it. Reasonable rates too!

I recently utilized Brodie to help me with an ongoing pigeon issue and I'm so very grateful for his thorough work. I have had a pigeon infestation on my patio for the last two years and no matter what I did, they made the outside area unlivable. I posed this issue to Brodie and his team and within a week he had cleaned everything up (which honestly I didn't even think was possible), installed spikes, and brought my patio back to life. His company was timely and went above and beyond - really can't recommend enough!!

Brodie has worked for us on a number of occasions and he has always been reliably on time. The quality of his work is excellent and he has been careful to protect floors and other surfaces, e.g. where he lays his tools. He removes all of the packing materials and trash and makes certain the area where he worked is completely clean of any debris.
