Great work, Fast and efficient. I got the 10 years warranty tank plus 10 yrs labor warranty for a good price. Will be highly recommended to anyone else. Our new water heater tank was installed well that Tyler made sure that it would be safe even unusual earth quake occurs again. Kudos to Heatwork plumbing!

Tyler was a lifesaver. Fortis BC confirmed we had a gas leak at our stove 4 days before Christmas. We were in a panic because we hosting a holiday gathering in 2 days. Tyler was a Christmas miracle and came the very next day. He not only fixed the leak, but he went above and beyond and cleaned one our plugged stove elements, which he just happened to notice wasn't lighting up properly. We appreciated his attention to detail, quality of work and would highly recommend Heatworks!!

Tyler came into my home around 830 pm. He notified us that he was running late BUT we are more than happy that he was coming. The tardiness wasn't an issue since he was still working at another client. He was courteous, honest and really shared genuine info that was very helful. He was very professional all through out the service. He was not trying to sell me aything. He told me what to look out for and what to clean or check in my furnace. He changed the thermostat panel since it wasn't working anymore. I would definitely reach put to him for any furnace issues.

Our faucet fell apart and I called Tyler early in the morning. He immediately got back to me and did an initial assessment through the phone. He got it done in less than an hour, the same day. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. His quote for us was spot on. No hidden or additional charges!

Tyler came out on short notice to repair our undermount kitchen sink that had come detached. He was very professional and the job was well done. He was also very competitively priced. Will definitely call again for future repairs and have already recommended to friends.

Leaking hot water tank on Friday night is not fun.. I thought it will take at least a few days to get it done. However I was lucky and I called HeatWorks plumbing & Gas on Saturday morning, and in a few HOURS I had a plumber coming over and replacing my HWT. His communication was excellent , he let me know when he arrives , explained about what he is going to do and answered my questions. Got it done very quickly and left no mess behind. I'm extremely happy . Thank you

Very informative, quick service, professional job. Put cardboard down to protect the floors. After it was done it was like he was never here. No mess at all.totally pleased with the whole experience.

Tyler was able to come over on the same day I called and arrived on time. He solved the pilot light problem and promised to follow up if there is still problem. We are satisfied with his work and appreciated his timeliness.
