these guys have good prices and have good install skills, however, broken promises after I paid the bill was very disappointing. They made an error on install and I needed to call another company to repair because I was ignored.

Asked around for pricing and these guys had the best prices. Installation was efficient and went smoothly.
Tyrone did answer my calls and text even on Sunday morning! Will hire again!

November is never a good time to have to replace your furnace unexpectedly. The blower on our relatively new (10 year old) furnace died without notice and we were left in a panic to repair or replace 1 day before departing on vacation. I was informed by our heating and cooling man that a new furnace would cost $4,000 and we would have to wait a week for install. I did’nt want to leave the home without heat in our absence so I began looking around. I was referred to Tyrone and his team and he was quick to deliver a quote within budget and guaranteed deliver and install the net morning. 10/10 service.

Got my furnace/AC in fall 2017.
Had someone come in to service it as it was not heating my house properly. It would not get above 18c on a cold day.

The service technician said that it was installed improperly. The gas pressure was wrong. Other safety features were taken off he told me.

After speaking with Tyrone 3 times and being told 3 times he would send someone I have been ghosted. I have given him over a month to even return calls.

Don't not trust this company. The job is not done right and they don't stand by their products.

If you want to be left in the cold and have an unsafe furnace, then i recommend this company

I was very happy with the equipment and installation service. Pricing was better than other quotes I received. Service was geared to my schedule. Installation went quickly and smoothly. I definitely recommend them.

I dealt with Tyrone, he was very informative about his products and service and took ample time to satisfy my queries. On the day of my furnace installation, the installers were 5 hours late. They did however do a very good installation and were very friendly. I voiced my disappointment regarding the scheduling error with Tyrone and suggested I be compensated for my inconvenience. He agreed without hesitation and I felt very satisfied at the end of my experience with Wills Brothers. Also, the price for the furnace was very competitive. I would recommend contacting Wills Brothers in your search for a new furnace.

Our air conditioning unit stopped working. My sister recommended Wills Brothers as they had done a good job for them on a furnace replacement last year.
I called Wills Brothers and described to them what had happened and he thought based on our description it was probably a capacitor.
I called in the morning and Will arrived by early evening and replaced the capacitor in just a few minutes.
Will was very responsive, knowledgeable, quick to finish the work and charged a reasonable price.
We would definitely use Wills Brothers again!
