Good service and rates, individualized care. William assessed our particular needs and provided practical advice to maintain the health and longevity of our carpets. Being sensitive to chemicals, I was concerned over the carpets smelling of artificial fragrance from the cleaning products, but there wasn't a hint of anything bad. And the kids loved how fluffy the carpets were after his cleaning! All around good experience.
