I have had dealings with the company for a number of years, gradually replacing all my windows. The last tranche of windows was installed this summer and I was quite pleased with the result. The product is good but equally important is the competence of the installers - very professional. I was particularly pleased with the company's willingness to replace a broken seal on a patio door and replace another defect in an upstairs window on previously installed windows without question. I do not ordinarily write reviews but they earned this one.

Norm and Igor are the Stars in this company. Norm showed us what windows were available and explained their features fully. My husband and I decided to go with EuroStar Windows and Doors. We were called with an install date. All the windows were ready for the date except the back door. The windows were installed in two days with the guys cleaning up any mess that had occurred. All looked great. The door was installed one week later. There have been very small problems with one window and the door. Igor is the "champ" of customer service. He makes it his business to take care of a problem as soon as possible. The window and door were taken care of the next day. This company acceded my expectations. They are the best.

We purchased a new front and back door from Eurostar Windows. We are especially pleased as they were able to convert our existing large window into a brand new space to fit a patio door by doing a cut-out. We are very happy with the service, very meticulous in installation. Installer Melik kept us informed of challenges that occur and made good suggestions to remedy. I was very happy and impressed with the service that we received right from the beginning. Igor spent time with us explaining options and details such as hardware without it being overwhelming. He also informed me of safety regulations that I was not aware of and made good recommendations based on that. I was also very impressed by the installation crew. The installer that measured also made suggestions such as changing the hinge side so that we may get a better breeze where there were obstructions. I never would have thought about that! When I placed the order I was given an estimated date of installation. A representative of Euro-Star called me a week before to inform me that the windows were done and ready for installation.
