I had to replace all of my 40 year old windows. I absolutely love my new windows! Thanks to Christina who advised me to enlarge bedroom windows (I didn’t know I could). And a big thank you to Ashley and Chris who installed the windows expertly and left absolutely no mess!

Jim from Burlington Eurostar Windows is the best! He promptly came to my house to measure and talked about selection, quality, what needed to be done for the space and how soon I could get the work done. The workmen were on time and very experienced. The end result is just beautiful! We also put in new window inserts in the front and back door. The whole place looks harmonized now. I've gone back to Jim with more window projects as I renovate my old house. Highly recommended!

I had to replace all my wood frame windows and wood doors this year. I did my research and chose Eurostar. Their quote wasnt the cheapest nor the most expensive but in my view it represented a fair price for the product. I also chose eurostar because I wanted a european tilt and turn window for egress in the basement. Quality, security and ease of operation were important in that environment. Eurostar installed within a reasonable time frame. Because i live in an old house there was a small amount of damage to teim and casings and so on, but Eurostar were committed to making it look perfect!

Ashley and Chris put in a bay window and a kitchen window. On time and work done to perfection. Took their time to explain methodology of work. Once terminated the job was done cleanly and left the place spotless.Left an extremely happy customer and thus highly recommend this company. Yann and Barbara

My main floor was just given a face lift by having Euro Star Windows and Doors do a complete installation of 5 garden doors between my kitchen and family room. They look sooooooo A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! We get a lot of natural light now without the heat of the sun. Our main floor is bright and gorgeous! So many compliments!! We have also just hired Jim at the Burlington location to do our entire new home in Ancaster. Thanks Jim and your team of dedicated worker for all that you do!

So far I love the new windows! After living with old windows, plastic on the inside each winter to stop the drafts, struggling with wooden storm windows, painting and repair and more modern windows some of which no longer worked it is nice to have the new ones!

Les was very patient while I made up my mind about what I wanted and made great suggestions particularly for replacing a large north-facing window, totally transforming the master bedroom. He also stained the oak trim installed on the new windows in the living room and dining room to match the original oak himself - a masterful job!

Yan and Mathieu did the installation work - very hard working professionals, very pleasant to deal. Excellent cleanup each day with no mess or debris. I highly recommend them!

My only criticism, and the reason for not giving Euro Star Windows a 5 star rating: communications regarding installation and other delays. I understand delays happen but I want to be kept informed about what is happening and when to expect the work to start, not feel I have to follow up to find out what is going on.

Some adjustments are required to the installed windows and are ongoing. This is understandable but, again, I would like to be kept better informed about when to expect the work to take place and be completed.

I replaced all my windows (9) and a sliding door (1) for my townhouse in Old Ottawa South. The staff was great to deal with and the installation was great. I was happy with the end product.

Our doors and windows look amazing!!! We weren't the easiest people to work with when it came to being particular about our preference for our home but their team listened to our needs and made excellent recommendations that worked out beuatifully!

Recently had our windows replaced by Ashley and Chris. Very professional and courteous, job well done. Our sales representative David was great to work with and helpful and patient while helping us work within our budget.

We got our new fibreglass entry door installed today ,by Ashley and Chris from EuroStar Ottawa . What a great team! Very polite guys , they don’t rush things and they work with precision . Also very tidy which is greatly appreciated!
