Jayden from Legacy Windows provided excellent customer service throughout the purchase and installation process and even personally followed up once the installation was complete. We received great advice on a high quality custom window at a good price.

We just had Legacy re-do the siding on the exterior of our home, and it was one of the most professional and cooperative re-model experiences we have had. To note, we re-did our bathrooms 5 years ago, and our kitchen 3 years ago, and have had numerous other improvements made, so we have some experience with renovations. Jayden, the principal, was highly involved from the outset; coming to our home to measure and discuss options, being available 7 days a week to answer questions, and reacting, without hesitation, to correct any identified issues. The guys that did the work were pleasant, professional, and respectful. The final outcome is that we have a like new home with beautiful siding. Our only regret is that we employed legacy to do the siding and door, and did not use them for the windows! We would without hesitation recommend Legacy to anyone looking to re-do their exterior.

Peter was very responsive to our plans and concerns and took time to respond to all questions. He was accommodating and flexible and did not charge for little changes or extras. His team was courteous, efficient and maintained a clean site. Very happy with attention to detail and quality of work. Peter personally attended site to do deficiency walk-through.

Legacy did all things right in my view, they provided regular communications and kept me posted on each step of the job. They answered all my questions and walked me through how the siding would go up and how windows and corners would be finished. The job site was always clean. Jayden and his crew were great to work with and always professional. I would gladly hire them again for future work.

We renovated a large meeting room in our church. As part of the project, we installed two 12'x9' folding walls provided by Legacy.

Peter did a great job of working with us on the project, providing good options, instructing us, and even providing the product early. The whole project came together better than expected, and Legacy was instrumental in the success.

Dylan did a great job replacing our doors and windows. He was on time and prepared. The windows and doors look and work very nicely. Both Dylan and Jayden took the time to answer all of our questions.

I liked how jayden was upfront and honest with everything. He also gave great tips to ask to figure out an apples to apples comparison to other quotes from other companies. No surprises popped up during installation except one window type was wrong and he promptly admitted the mistake and it was fixed quickly. Awesome experience overall.
