Darryl and his crew did an great job and left my front yard and road spotless when removIng a very large tree from my front lawn in Whitby as well as trimming another .

Wow! Best estimate. Work was done quickly and cleaned up immaculately. AND they saw a few other minor things on other trees on my property and just fixed it (removed gypsy moth nest from our birch and saved a standard hydrangea that hand it's trunk maimed by a tie back, etc). Best customer service ever.

Darryl came highly recommended and lived up to his name. Work was done on time and safe. Clean up was very good. I am very pleased with the work and our back yard looks wonderful, with less canopy overhang. Would recommend his services any time.

I received a call within 10 minutes of asking for a quote. The branch was removed the very same day. Great service.

This was an emergency call and they attend asap. Due to the other tree issues in the neighbourhood they said they would be back in a few days later to clean up. They were true to their word and returned promptly. We also had some other branches removed to avoid problems in the future. They were very professional and easy to deal with. They are extremely competent and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

I'll start by saying that getting anyone to come out when you can also be home is not easy. Darryl responded fast and we were able to arrange a time for when I could be home to meet him.

I had 3 Arborists out and 1 declined the work , 1 didn't get back to me , and 1 had a much higher estimate due to not wanting to touch it without a crane. So price wise I don't really have a comparison for this exact same work that was done.

I feel that UpanOaks price was more then fair for the work performed.

Old Manitoba Maple that started falling apart dangerously fast , so it needed to be removed before it decided to do it alone.

Scheduling is very important to me , and Darryl was able to come on a day I had requested. Arrived promptly on time ready to work.

Darryl is friendly , polite , and happy to share his knowledge with you.

Explained what was needed to be done , and even gave advice on other trees I have.

They were a pleasure to be around with , and handled interruptions with patience and tact.

On to the actual work:

Tree was situated near neighbors garage and close to fence , and required care as to how it needed to be taken down.

Darryl was able to save a small tree growing right off the big one.

For this I am grateful for , I loved the big one and getting to keep the small one lessens the sadness of losing the huge tree.

The attention to detail required to not harm the little guy is beyond words.

Clean up was great , they wanted to do more but I did not require it.

I am very happy that Darryl wanted to work with my tree , and I'm extremely pleased with their work.

Will definitely call him back when my other Manitoba Maple needs help.
