Great quality of work - they work fast and were pleasant to deal with initially.

However, the job was left unfinished and I had paid them in full. After trying to reach out to them SEVERAL times, only received a response 1 time - they made a commitment to come back and finish the job but never did. It has been over a year now and no follow ups from their end till now.

Sad part is the they completed 90% of the painting project (and did it really well!) but failed to finish the entire job. It is difficult for me to give them this poor rating, but the fact that we had an agreement and I kept my end of the deal and unfortunately they didnt, leaves me with no other option.

Will not be a returning customer for sure.

From the free consultation and professional advice, to the team treating my home like their very own, they did an outstanding job repainting my entire house in August 2022. Mohsin was very kind and professional in his communication and always responded to calls and texts. He provided me with several paint samples, colour and decor ideas, and helped me make my home feel brand new. We met Mohsin through a mutual friend. From the start, he was a thorough professional. He was very prompt with his responses and answered all our questions and concerns. Very professional with paperwork and contracts as well. As new homeowners, he really understood our vision and gave us the best price. He also coordinated with our other contractors so that they all weren't working at the same time. He was also very straightforward when it came to giving completion times. He also updated us with pictures on how the work was progressing. Very happy with his customer service and would highly recommend his work to everyone. I got introduced to this company through a mutual friend, as they had done an absolute amazing job at painting their house. I recently moved to Oakville & got Mohsin to come by with his team he was quick with my call and actually came by the following evening to give me a coat. They started the job as soon as possible very friendly team, I work from home myself and I can tell you they did not take one break at all they told me for an entire house including basement could take upto 6 days but the job was done by 4 days they came as early as they could following the timing I gave them and left right on time while cleaning right up after themselves.

Will highly recommend booking them. They truly are reliable and sufficient at their job I absolutely love the design they gave me and the well painting job they did.

Mr Mohsin took our $1000 deposit on painting and never got back to us. The invoice number is 100589. He took the money and never replied our email and call since 2018. I hope he can reach out to me and return the money.

We were regretfully introduced to this company through a contractor we hired for home renovations. We agreed to full house painting and the painting of some cupboard doors. The team at Reliable Painting took our cupboard doors on March 2021 and ended up returning them on November 2021 broken and with parts missing. During these 9 months we called, texted and followed up constantly only to be ignored while they refused to return our property. We were left to pay out of pocket for the damaged doors. They initially promised to compensate us but proceeded to ignore us for months until finally we accepted the fact we are left with broken doors and will never receive any compensation. The house painting was also left incomplete as they missed spots around the house, left very noticeable streaks and left paint stains all over the hardwood floors. When we addressed this, they told us to clean it ourselves. Initially they promised to return and finish the job but never did. Week after week they made different excuses and again started ignoring calls and messages. We are left to deal with the mess and try to finish a job that they were paid to complete. Please read any 5 star reviews you see with caution as the company asked us to tell our friends and family to leave fake positive reviews despite never having met them or completing any work for them.

Mohsin and his team live up to their company name – Reliable Painting. We’ve been looking for a company that would do our whole house for some time now. But we’ve never came upon one that we were confident and at ease with, the way we did with Mohsin. His guidance, suggestions for each room and how it will affect the overall look and feel of the house was invaluable to us.

His team are his family, literally. It’s not easy living in the house while they work but they come to their job with a professional and friendly demeanor, making the transition while they work a whole lot more bearable than it would seem. They keep to the planned schedule, moving from room to room daily. Guiding us what furniture to move, where to move so that so they can work continuously. After all is said is done, it feels like moving into a new home. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Mohsin and team did an excellent job, they re-painted whole interior of the house in 2 days. Quick, friendly and reasonably priced service. He also helped in deciding paint colour, and responded quickly to all my questions. Very professional, highly recommended!
