Our furnace thermostat indicated service was due. RGS had installed it 2 yrs ago. RGS attended, completed the service promptly and efficiently. The Service attendant was a polite, patient person who pleasantly went about his business in a businesslike manner. Once done, he asked if we needed anything else? I jokingly suggested he look at a water pressure problem our plumber could not solve. His response was to attack the problem like a detective and deducted the issue was in an in-line filter in the cold water line. He removed the filter and installed an new one. Problem solved at no charge! Roozbeh is a gem and we will not hesitate to call him in again if we need help!
