I Inspect 360

I was referred to Frank Bernardo by a friend and he mentioned that this company was really good and rates are competitive. This is my first experience getting a building inspection completed for my first house, so I don't have much to compare. But Frank did set the standard for the trade, he was very knowledgeable and had the appropriate tools to perform a thorough assessment. He did mentioned that he is afraid of heights but he does have the latest technology to inspect the roof inside and out. Other than that, he also made recommendations to us which saved us money down the road. Lastly, he also followed up with literature for aluminum wiring which was a helpful resource and also answered my questions promptly. Overall, I would recommend him because of his approachable nature and experience in his trade.

First Frank answered my call on a Saturday after one ring. He was personable and represented himself and his service very well and very honestly, clearly setting expectations and explaining limitations. Meeting him was a pleasure. He was punctual and extremely thorough and even offered to return after the close date to confirm nothing changed since the inspection. Also we will now be informed of any recalls to the furnace etc. Very impressive!

Frank Bernardo inspected two houses for us. On both occasions, he demonstrated a solid knowledge of homes, professionalism, friendliness, and great work ethic. He was extremely thorough with the home inspection starting with the roof, exterior, interior, right down to the crawl space of a house. We were impressed that he had a separate pair of shoes that he wore inside the house to prevent from dirtying the place, showing respect for the properties that he inspects. He went the extra mile to climb into small spaces (through a trap door to the attic, and squeezing past tightly fitted appliances to reach the crawl space) to ensure that he could take pictures to make a thorough assessment of the property. He used up-to-date equipment to be able to measure various things in and around the house. During the inspection, he provided a lot of information about what he was finding, and also provided a lot of useful advice on future maintenance on the home. The next morning after the home inspection, Frank already sent us the home inspection report, which was detailed and contained many pictures to help illustrate the findings. A couple of months after completing the home inspection, he still promptly helped us by providing further details about the house when we were applying for home insurance. Overall, we highly recommend Frank Bernardo as a home inspector. He did a great job for us!!

Frank at iInspect was extremely thorough on both of our home inspections. He was very patient with all of our questions as first time home buyers. He went above and beyond to not only point of potential problems with the house we were looking at, but also to let us know the little maintenance things we'd need to do as future home owners. We purchased a ~60 year home without conditions; thinking inspection was a waste of money and we can examine things about the property ourselves. After closing we felt uncomfortable having made a big purchase without inspection. Things we missed that were found by inspection: large amount of mold buildup in cold room, rust in and around furnace burners and electronics from a/c condensation not draining properly, water leaking inside the wall BEHIND the bathub fixtures (no idea how he discovered this!), gas leak on pipe elbow near hot water tank, 3 separate locations showing evidence of water damage that had been fixed/patched (two of which we now have to take down wall/ceiling to investigate further).

He was courteous, friendly, and offering insight and advice at every turn. The full report was received by email same day. We've got a list of important items to tackle before we can move in, especially with small kids.

Frank Bernardo conducted the home inspection for a home that my husband and I bought. Frank was very thorough, professional and personable.
