If you need a home inspection. Frank is the man you need! From the outside in. He checked everything out in the house we purchased. So reassuring to know what we bought is good!

Frank did a thorough inspection on my new commercial unit. He was meticulous and professional. I really appreciated that he took time to point out and explain certain details to me, and answer all my questions. He was very generous with his time, having to return to the site the next day because we couldn’t access the roof. I was provided a copy of the inspection which included photos and detailed description of issues. If anyone ever needs an inspector, I’ll definitely recommend Frank! Frank was very easy to work with and did a great job. He brought his equipment with him and included multiple cameras, video capture of hard to reach places, and infrared gun for heat loss. Both my husband and I, as well as our real estate agent were impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. His inspection report was detailed and helpful. Communication was easy throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I needed to determine the cause of a water leak so as to prevent further damage before repairing it. Frank brought in hs infrared. I was very satisfied with the entire experience, from how quickly Frank returned my initial inquiry, to scheduling and completing the work.
