Microwave repair - No power. Denton repaired it within a couple of days

Denton repaired my microwave which had no power. Excellent service. Done within a couple of days as he needed to order a part.

My LG Fridge was not dispensing water and making ice

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Brampton

I called LG Electronics and they sent technician named Denton from this company. He replaced Water inlet valve and give me invoice for $322.11 and said it's OK now. Fridge did'nt work even for 2 Days and he was not responding to call backs. We called company so many times and finally he came after 6/7 weeks to check and could'nt fix it. He left as it is saying that he will call back. Such a terrible experience. They should refund the money if they can'nt fix it.

TERRIBLE TECHNICTION

Toronto

Tech came in to fix my fridge. A simple issue-- the ice was not dispensing, mind you my fridge was still making ice and cooling. FAST FORWARD TO 4 VISITS and 2 and a half weeks later MY FRIDGE IS DEAD AND NO ONE IS ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS MAJOR SCREW UP. your technicians are invalid.
