We decided to purchase a to-be-built home from Pacesetter after only visiting one show home in the Keswick area, which was the Pacesetter show home, and talking to Diane. On the spot, she directly pointed to the home style we were looking for and recommended the lot that suited our needs. Diane from Pacesetter was an excellent person to work with. She explained everything well and always cared about our needs. She is professional all the time and keeps a respectful, consistent, calm, and smooth tone when talking to the clients. She is honest, cares about the design details of the new home, and always tries hard to accommodate the special requests from us. It is lucky for Pacesetter to have such a wonderful employee. Will definitely recommend her and Pacesetter for purchasing new homes.

Our experience with Pacesetter has honestly been great. Sandra is an exceptional individual who represents the company really well. From the time we entered the house with her, through the journey of the purchase and till date she has gone above and beyond in helping us. She has always been available for us at any time of the week and has promptly answered all our questions. We are very appreciative of Sandra, Diane and Pacesetter for helping us fulfill our dream of buying our first home.

The house I purchased with pacesetter was a great house but problems arised after 2 years of buying this house regretted it till probems arise I have a leaking pipe damaging my property approximate cost to fix is $5,000 and was wondering why a bathroom leaks extends to my air ducts? very disaapointed!

I bought from pacesetter March 2019.
They have still yet to complete deficiencies noted on my pre buy inspection! Let alone anything. I’ve taken countless days off to accommodate them and nobody shows. Now they won’t contact me.

Bought a home and met with Marisa - an excellent sales person.
We owned the home in record time. Whirlwind fast.

2 years later and ZERO of the deficiencies have been taken care of. ServiceQ - their new warranty providers dropped the ball on our home and admitted It fell through the cracks because somebody in charge left the company - which attests to the follow up!

ServiceQ has responded and scheduled a meeting so I am hopeful this stuff gets fixed quickly. I have edited my original review and rating as they have replied with a date for repairs.

We had the pleasure of building our home with Diane from Pacesetters. We had an amazing experience with her. She went above and beyond with helping us with selections and providing the best advise throughout the process. We would highly recommend Diane for anyone looking to purchase a home. Her expertise and experience made designing and purchasing our first home in edmonton during a period where we made our selections virtually seamless. Our house turned out exactly how we had envisioned. Thanks Diane!

My family has recently bought a pre-construction house in Glenridding Ravine Community. We got help from Diane Sasseville as our sales manager, and we were impressed with her excellent knowledge, and professional design suggestions to meet our all kinds of requirements. Diane was very detail oriented, and explained every step carefully and guided us clearly. Diane’s assistant Sandra Mattar was very helpful too. She answered all the questions I have in a timely matter and showed great care attitude.

We thank Sandra at Pacesetter for being with us thorughout our home search, in which she not only guided in the home tours but listened to each and every tiny bit of our expectations and shortlisted only the houses of our interest which saved both of our times in the home search. Also, when we were thinking of making changes in the interior or the infrastructure of the house that we gave an offer with Pacesetter, Sandra always kept customer's requirements upfront and gave suggestions what could be done within our budget and fought for getting it done which we think is very important to a buyer, which eventually brings trust in a person. We are happy that we met such a wonderful person who helped us tirelessly with all our inquiries and needs and we wish we could've met her earlier so that we could have closed this offer through her but we couldn't make it due to some time constraints and currently available options. We definitely recommend Sandra as she is a professional and wonderful person who is always ready to help even though we did not close the deal with her but still encouraged us to reach her for any clarifications or help that we may need in our home search which we think is very unique about her.Thanks for all your support.

Purchased a new build home back in February of this year we were given 3 different move in dates and the sale guy was just too much. Over exaggerating EVERYTHING and this should have been our first warning sign with David but the show homes were so nice. The process from the beginning has been frustrating to say the least. They are over selling homes with no framers and are now wanting us to provide them with that for our house to be built. Isn't that what they are suppose to be doing? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUILDER unless you want to be overpromised and underdelivered. The worst experience we have ever had!

This is my honest review about this company. Absolutely disappointed with builder. Not done the services paid for. Example paid for jetted tub but installed regular tub. Paid for soft close for all drawers and cabinets but soft close done only for cabinets. Moved in July 2020 but soft close completed in Feb 2021. A guy from GEM cabinet came three times to complete the work. Came first time in October 2020 and did 3 drawers and said measurement was not done properly and has to come back next time. Came again in Dec and same thing happened. Seriously!!I had to book off from my work three times to have him come to complete the service. I haven't used tub in a year because I hate to see not being installed jetted tub. Company said jetted tub can install after we move in. Are you kidding me?renovation as soon as we move in?? I decided to cancel and get money back with so much disappointment. These are just few things... list goes on. Customer service sucks!! we don't get any response for months when we email. we emailed four times for final inspection of landscaping but we haven't got response in months. We regret so much for choosing pacesetter as our builder. This is our second home and we thought this house is going to be our dream home but our dream has been shattered by this builder. If anyone is looking to build a house, please reconsider choosing this builder.
