When I first phoned about a blocked toilet, whoever answered the phone was very friendly and she said someone could come out the same day.. talk about a quick turn around. Kevin came out and worked hard trying to find the blockage which turned out to be 12 feet down. He was very courteous, professional, friendly and tidied up like no one had been there. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in need of a plumber. I also liked the fact they sent me a text when he was on his way with his photo so I knew who to look out for!
