It was my first time getting my area rug cleaned and I was searching and inquiring a lot of other places for a quote for cleaning and small repair. Once I sent my information and questions regarding the rug, Jay had replied almost instantly. We discussed the estimated amount for both cleaning and repair, which days were available and was very flexible. When it came time for pick up, Jay was very professional in handing over a business card right away. He also said it would take about 10 days for the carpet to be ready but it was ready less than a week, which was so convenient. To add, when we discussed a time on the day for pick up/drop off he always came early. He is very considerate and professional. The carpet looks good as new and I would definitely recommend this and any kind of work to anyone.

We have now used Jay a few times. 1st time was to restore water damage in our basement, second time was to clean and regrout our master bathroom shower and the most recent time was to clean a rug we had purchased from Elte. A family member came over with a new puppy and unfortunately the puppy had a terrible accident on the rug which was stained. Jay took the rug and had it professionally cleaned and was successful in removing the stain. Each time we have used Jay he is punctually and professional. His prices are also reasonable. I would highly recommend using him.
