Pronto Construction did an amazing job with our basement.
We had a previous contractor do 80% of the framing.

Tom & his team finished the rest of the framing (few walls and all the bulk heads ) then they drywalled, Taped and sanded the rest for this project.

They were very professional and trust worthy team! I would highly recommend them for any project

I needed to upgrade the insulation in my drafty basement and contacted various people to help frame and insulate. Tom was one of the few that came by to give me an accurate quote and answered all the questions that I had about this job. This first impression gave me a boost in confidence that he was the right person for the job. Once we agreed to the work, a schedule was made which did not deviate much over the course of the project. During the whole course of the work, Tom and his crew were very professional and very helpful when I had further questions. Tom and his team did a great job on our basement drywall project. Work was done on time with quality and Tom followed up with touchups. A full cleanup was completed afterwards.

Early in the year we had our basement lowered. After, I contacted Tom at Pronto, based on both the positive reviews on HomeStars and on his ability to provide a near turnkey service to bring the basement to the level of finish I required without hiring a general contractor. However, his organization, coordination and communication skills proved to be perhaps superior to many a GC. All work, whether it was personally performed by Tom, his crew, or a third party, was superb. Above all though, was Tom's focus on exceptional customer service. Always, through any situation, he made sure everything was made right. He was very patient and willing to accommodate more than a few fussy client requests. It was great working with Tom and I would highly recommend Pronto.

Tom, Andrew, and Rob re-drywalled our entire house. The result was great — they listened to what we wanted and modified when necessary. Tom was always available to discuss and carried out the work professionally.

Tom and his team did a fantastic job drywalling and fixing the plaster as part of our entire home renovation. It was a large job, that offered some complexities with all of the old plaster work, and Tom and his team did a fantastic job completing it with precision and care.
