We worked with Tim and his team for our master bathroom renovation. It was our first major reno in our first home so we were very careful and hesitant when talking to contractors.
One of the very few contractors that were very communicative and very detail oriented. They told us their professional opinion while being open to how we wanted our design to be as well.
Overall, we would definitly work with them again in near future .

Tim did a great job remodeling my kitchen. He was available at all times and answered my questions in a timely manner. He suggested certain design choices that I couldnt be more happier with. Would definitely recommend ravineview construction to family and friends.

We recently renovated our entire home with Ravineview Construction and the experience was fantastic. Tim was very easy to work with, he was very professional and available whenever we needed him. We had a budget and Tim was able to help us work within it and give us really good ideas of what can be done in each space in order to maximize its potential. The quality of work done throughout the home was great and his team was all very experienced and professional. The entire project was completed on time and we were very pleased with the outcome. We live in a 110 year old semi in Toronto, which creates challenges in renovating (nothing is square, old wood, out dated standards). Tim was very transparent through the quote period, offering item by item detailing, which helped on understanding where the costs were coming from, and better inform decisions. He was also upfront about possible issues that can be encountered once things are 'opened up', and made sure that we weren't surprised along the way. His quote was in the middle across the submissions, but we felt most comfortable with him with the upfront transparency. Our trust was not misplaced, Tim was great to work with, and from a communication perspective, maintained a constant dialogue with us, as we were out of the house during the work. He was meticulous in planning, exemplified by things such as video calling to go over exact placement of switched and electrical outlets. As progress was made, he was quick to send photos. it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. As issues with our structure emerged (something he had warned as a potential issue), he was quick to solve, and worked to minimize impacts to the budget. He made recommendations that were practical, and definitely things we would have missed. Tim's a great contractor to work with, and would highly recommend him.

Ravineview did a complete renovation of our galley kitchen, from demo to drywall, window and door replacement, plumbing and flooring. This company was one of the very few willing to listen to our needs/wants, work within our budget, and also work with our existing galley layout. We never felt pressured into taking down walls or doing an addition. Tim is a great contractor who keeps to a tight schedule, keeps on top of trades, and communicates regularly with clients. He and his crews arrive on time, are courteous, do excellent work, and keep the job site neat. There were a few delays and lags in communication, but overall, we are so happy with our kitchen transformation, and highly recommend Tim and Ravineview.

After interviewing a few contractors, Ravineview was the one who most listened to what we wanted and gave reasonable feedback about what would work and what wouldnt. Ravineview completely remodelled (back to subfloor and studs) a main floor and basement bathroom and they look fantastic, as well as being much more spacious and functional than before.

We had a lot of flexibility about what fixtures we wanted (though that also pushed a lot of the decision making to us), so we got what we were looking for. There were a few modifications to the initial quote (e.g additional work for a recessed medicine blanket or an in-wall tap), but they were always discussed and agreed to beforehand so no surprises at the end.

So far, the warranty service has been great as well, requiring only a bit of recaulking. They came by and did it promptly. Ravineview worked well with us, when we had conflicting work with a tankless recirculating valve that needed installed, resulting in very minimal delays, despite it being our fault.

Overall, would definitely work with Ravineview again!

Everything is completed with utmost perfection and precision - my vision of a backyard oasis came to life with TIm, Alex and the team! Thank you Tim for the awesome work and service you do!!
