I am a Realtor and had Sabir come to my rental property for rat control. On our first meeting he had access all of the interior as well as exterior of the home for possible problem area. He is a knowledgeable and accountable person for the job. Was always available when I needed to talk to him. I also referred a family friend that had the same issue and they were very happy with the service as well.
