Hb Pools

HB Pools provides a wonderful service complete with video feedback. Amy and the team opened our pool again this season, removing the safety cover, installing our grab bar, cleaning accumulated debris, applying initial shock treatment and salt, starting up the pool equipment, backwashing and adding water as needed. After 3 visits, our pool was swim ready!

Amy and the team are so cheerful, thorough, efficient, clean and informative - they are a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to their visits!

Efficient opening of the pool. Minimal interaction required with the pool owner. Video record of the work done provides comfort that all the steps were covered. Digital record of invoice and payment adds to the requirement for social distancing.

This is our 8th year using Hb Pools and it was time for our salt system to be replaced. They not only checked the system first to be sure it needed to be replaced but showed us where it was broken and brought the part with them. I did not have to wait for shipping, another service call or the product not being in stock especially during a pandemic.
Our service technician was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the rest of my questions about pool covers and duck plugs.
I would highly recommend Hb pools for all of your parts and service needs.

The notifications system HB uses is hugely helpful, not just to remind of the service date, but for ore-booking opening and closing.

Xavier was the technician today, and he gave a sense of confidence in his ability and knowledge. His personality is very easy going and he is easy to talk to. Great experience!

Our technician Josue was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend HB pools. I love that they do a video to show you what they have done.

Hb Pool came on time called ahead to do our pool opening. as usual. Great service we can't ask for a better company. We get respect we can ask questions and nobody is offended from us asking. I get an answer for everything I need to know....I switched a few years ago to HB pool and never went back..... I never knew what I was missing until I changed company. They upgraded my pool and it looks amazing. they check everything when they open and close the pool....they actually care.
