Shaun from Cal Alta projects managed my house updates and was extremely personable and caring when looking after my 106 year old home. His team installed a sump pump, backwater valve, new electrical plug for bathroom and lighting in bathroom (which previously didn't exist) quickly, efficiently and with great care; meaning all portions of the project was looked after for me: from the instal, clean up and replacing the partially finished basement back to useable space. Once in my century home, they found some parts not to code (plumbing issues, concrete floor and mould problems) they explained what needed to be done and with my permission added the pertinent solutions and upgrades. It was convenient and stress free. All the work done looked and is very professional and to codes required. As well as they took care in my home to not disrupt it beyond what they needed; always taking off boots to turning off lights, to cleaning up the work space. I would highly recommend this Cal Alta projects for any household renovations or upgrades needed. It was wonderful working with them.
