Sam had been doing big and small jobs for me since 2018. Did not hire other handyman since then. Always prompt, reasonable pricing and above all excellent work quality. Very dependable. Jobs are always well done. Do not hesitate recommending him to my friends and family.

We called Sam to help with some ceiling/drywall repairs after the plumber left us with a gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling. He patched up the ceiling and painted it so that everyhing looked. We found out that he had a wide range of skills and he was able to come back the following week to assist us with other small jobs around the home such as caulking the shower stall/kitchen sink and installing a wireless doorbell. Overall he is very easy going, professional and diligent in his work. We will definitely call him back for future projects around the home.

Sam is the best of the best. He has done work for us many times over the past ten years and has always done a fantastic job. Sam had started a big project in our basement which was mostly done but then COVID hit. I called him recently to see if he would be available to finish the job and do some other work that had come up as well. As always, I received a positive response and he showed up to start work again as promised. Sam is great because he has no problem helping with full-size renovations or small repairs.

I know we couldnt still be in our House if we didnt have Sams support with whatever is needed. He puts in the extra effort too and has great suggestions. This last time, one of the smaller jobs involved closing off and electrical outlet for a picture light in our Living Room that was no longer needed. This also involved repainting the area. As it turns out, the paint we used is no longer being made. No problem, Sam took a sample of the paint and went to Home Depot and managed to get an exact match. He suggested we paint the whole wall so it would be more seamless. It turned out perfectly.

I highly recommend Sam for any job you need done from small repairs to major renovations. I know I would never call anyone else!

I recently bought my home, it was old , so I hire Sam to do my renovations, he explained everything patiently with minimum cost and within my budget, he renovated my kitchen and changed my cabinets also remodel my 2 bathrooms and open the wall between my kitchen and living room to make my space much bigger, also did my floors and installed new toilet and shower in my basement, I couldnt be happier with his work and strongly recommend Sam for renovations.

Wonderful workmanship from Sam! I am very pleased with the great results. Communication was spot on and as such, he came prepared with all equipment necessary to accomplish the project. He sealed cracks and coated the above-ground foundation, smoothly and very neatly, on the perimeter of home. Saeed came to our house to do minor work, here and there. We needed to do some touch ups as we were selling our house. In the washroom we needed to put grout between tiles as some spots were missing it. Even though I did supply the grout he assured us that silicone is better option. So he siliconed it and mentioned that he has 20 years of experience and he provides warranty and if anything he will come back to fix it.
Upon completing the work we had to guide him through and point out to specific areas he would pretend he didn't notice the problem at. 3 months later we have mold appeared under the silicone . We sent the pictures to Saeed. Not receiving any reply, we've decided to call. Saeed has refused to come back, saying that we are supposed to clean our shower and that it is not his problem.
Well, there is no way to clean it as the mold grows under the silicone.
He didn't bother to sweep out the grout residue and the area wasn't dried up upon applying the silicon , and we that is where the mold comes from.

Please stay away from "professionals" like that

I hired Sam to sand and stain the deck and repair damaged parts of the fence. He inspected it thoroughly and suggested a power wash, followed by sanding n staining. The finished work exceeded my expectations. Sam is punctual, organized, pays attention to details, very helpful with additional asks and reliable. For someone who had a horrible experience with a previous contractor, Sam was such a pleasant contractor to work with. Highly recommend him. Rekha

We have employed Sam for a number of jobs; this fence project was done just the way we wanted it, saving money where possible by re-using good wood, etc. He bought the needed new wood, screws, and estimated well.
He came according to schedule, worked quickly and efficiently, took suggestions well, solved problems that came up. When the fence was complete, he took away all the bad wood and even a couple of our large items to throw in his van to the dump.
