Pristine Plumbing & Drainage

I'm so glad I found Pristine Plumbing on here. I reached out to a few companies for quotes and while all were similar, Pristine was the fastest to respond and most confident in their responses (thanks Dan!)
We used them for our kitchen reno which meant the moving of a water line for the fridge from one side of the kitchen to another, on a totally different wall, and then a return visit to connect the new sink and dishwasher.

Andrew came to help us out on both those visits and was an absolute rockstar. Everything went as planned for the water line, but once the sink was installed he noticed that it wasn't draining as quickly as it should. He came back a week later to see what else could be done and I watched him meticulously trouble shoot every possible option that might be causing the slow draining. He finally discovered that our pipes were backgrading quite badly (something that was from the original build of the house) and were quite clogged with grease buildup. He fixed the backgrade which set us back only an extra $200 (which for the amount of time he spent down there, was beyond reasonable). Our sink now drains lightening fast and honestly out of all the trades I had in for this full kitchen reno Andrew and Pristine Plumbing were the easiest to coordinate, gave the most detailed and thoroughly informative invoices (complete with photos!), and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
I'm a firm believer that once you find a service provider that does a fantastic job you hold on to them so I'll be calling Andrew & Pristine Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs moving forward.
