Would definitely use junk works again. Spoke to Charlie on the phone who explained the cost, the process and what to expect. Matt called me ahead of time telling me when he was going to arrive and showed up with his partner. Matt and his partner we're very friendly, professional and careful removing my fridge from the basement to be disposed of. Matt has exceptional customer service skills and takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. The owner of this company should be aware of this man's work ethic and recognize his hard work.
