Dripping shower head needed a cartridge replaced. The unit was almost 20 years old and the handle grub screw was seized. These units have a notorious weak link in the wall, a job for professionals.

What started as a shutoff valve replacement turned into a complete rebuild of the undersink plumbing and a DW install/hookup.

We got exactly what we paid for, plus a 2 year warranty!

We had troubles with replacement of an old faucet for a Roman tub due to the cramped work area beneath the faucet. They began with service over the phone and sharing pictures so that they were able to determine some of the possible problems and determine a way forward. Once on-site, they were able to make the replacement fixture fit into the space. They were able to troubleshoot and resolve issues, such as proprietary connectors in the piping. The new installation works like a charm and would recommend.

We needed our laundry room plumbing realigned to fix an electrical issue in our new house. Gary was quick to respond and scheduled the repair quickly. They arrived right on time and Dan did a great job in performing the work, keeping me informed as to what was needed when something unexpected came up. Being new to Ottawa and did not know who to contact, we made a wise choice. We would not hesitate to contact them again.

Our new fridge requires a water line hookup. The line from the previous fridge was there but the connectors didn’t fit. Environmental was able to come by fairly quickly and did a good job. Happy to recommend them.

I really appreciate getting quotes by email along with a detailed warning about possible complications that can arise during the job - very few companies do that. This guys do not nickle-and-dime and they are honest when giving you options. The cost is consistent with others - I would say a bit below the average (and much lower than costs of big-names franchises). They were on time and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

That steady drip of a tap that can happen in an older house. You can’t leave it, and it needs to be fixed. You think maybe plumbers tape, but realize you should use a professional.
