I cannot say enough about my very positive experience working with Michael and his team on the selection and install of rails for my deck and patio. Basha who came to take the measurements / provided the quote and supported the entire installation process was outstanding - he was right there when I called him. I was having a large family gathering and needed to have the rails installed before the event - he monitored the manufacturing timelines and got everything scheduled ensuring it was done before my event. Thank you Basha! Finally kudos to John and Eric who did the install - they were very skilled and did an outstanding job with the install making sure everything was perfect. Great work. Fast and reliable. Install went very smooth. Took a little longer than originally stated but right on the money, awesome measurements, very available via text/phone, and very nice people to deal with. Highly recommended!
