My house is over 100 years old, and the roof developed a hole around Xmas 2021. Water was getting into the second floor den. Tony fixed the leak the next day, and we arranged to have the roof replace this spring.
Removing all the shingles revealed that the decking was badly deteriorated (100 years). Removing the decking revealed that some of the rafters were split and "drooping".
The highly experienced crew dropped down into my attic, repaired all the rafters by sistering new 2x4's, replaced the decking with new plywood (think level), and then membrane and shingles, plus 4 vents, new stack etc. This was all done in 1 1/2 days! There was not a single errant nail found after the job was completed, and I was given meticulous detailed photos showing all the before and after job.
The job was done to perfection!
