Done Right Lawn Sprinkler & Landscape Lighting

Moved into our home just over a year ago and had a sprinkler system. Needed to ensure it was set up correctly and closed and open correctly so I reached out to Done-Right. They sent Craig who is one of the most professional and kindest workers I've had the pleasure to have at my house. He walked me through everything and explained everything thoroughly. Will continue to use them going forward for my sprinkler needs.

It only took a dinner in a friends backyard and a chance to look at their new landscape lighting, to know I needed to call Andrew of Done Right. Smartest investment I made. Andrew and his crew were wonderful to communicate and work with and we could not we happier with the results! Our landscape lighting in both our front and backyards is soft and subtle, yet highlighting our gardens and house in a truly flattering light. Our neighbours love it too. Best of all, we had a complimentary visit from Done Right to make sure we were still happy 6 weeks later and there to make any changes we requested.

"DONE-RIGHT" is exactly how to describe this company. The owner Andrew is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The price was competitive with other companies offering similar products, but the quality of work was exceptional. In fact when the actual installation was done, they added a number of sprinkler heads realizing that would provide better lawn coverage, and didn't charge extra to do this! Very happy with this Company and their people...

We inquired about an irrigation system installation in February 2019. Andrew and his Dad made the house call and provided a quote. The system was installed quickly and professionally in one day, with no disruption to our newly planted flowers and shrubs. Over the course of the summer because of the system, we enjoyed the loveliest gardens we have ever been able to produce!! We are very pleased with both the system & customer service of Done Right!

I have used Done-Right for our sprinkler system start-up, maintenance and winter shut-down for the past few years. We moved into our new house and I had no idea about how the system operated. Their technicians have always been great, very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and dependable. They explained how things worked and got the system working well. When I first had my system installed, Andrew was just a young bright kid working with his father... I have been fortunate to still be serviced by Andrew these days, I still see that little kid in him with the same excitement of the job, so smart and knowledgeable on the job in hand.. A few years ago, he proposed the lighting world to me and I fell in love with my property not just during the day but at night.. My lights around my property in the front and back have made my house and garden just come to life.. everything looks as amazing if not more during the night.. and I even feel a little safer being able to see around my property as well.. In 2019, searched extensively for a company that could (1) match the level of quality, and (2) accommodate the construction schedule, for a large dwelling renovation, landscaping and pool installation project. Complete sprinkler and LED landscape lighting installation done in three phases, as requested. Dependable scheduling, fussy cable and water supply burial, beautiful soaker hose and lighting fixture installation. There were a number of other trades at this site - some of them hired Done-Right for their own properties after seeing the work quality.
