It was time for my 23 year old home with original furnace, ac and humidifier to do a planned replacement. I started looking online in August for reviews on various sites. I did my due diligence into what brands and types of furnace and ac as well as companies that I wanted to quote the work. I added the 10 year labour warranty from the equipment manufacturer to the already 10 year parts warranty included from the manufacturer. I just wanted the peace of mind of pre-paying for any possible labour work that might needed to be done under warranty even though the manufacturer I chose already has a very strong equipment and heat exchanger warranty included. And the warranty and service work can be done by any licensed company/person I choose going forward, but I'll be calling Ash. Ash as well included his own very robust bumper to bumper installation warranty.

I also liked the fact that pretty much any furnace manufacturer was available to me that I wanted even though I already narrowed it down to two. Some companies or authorized dealers focus on one or two brands only and I also asked them to quote my replacement.

He keeps his overhead low, prices fair and quality high by being able to control and monitor each step along the way, right through to installation, start up and turning over the system back to me.
