The Dryer Vent Wizard service person came on time, communicated clearly about what the price would be, what the problems were and how to clean the trapped lint. The service person was efficient, worked quickly and solved the problem. He even suggested a method to help with future lint problems and fixed an unnecessary extra elbow in the vent in order to improve airflow.

We highly recommend this company!! For way too long we have been dealing with a broken dryer vent, trying for many years to fix it ourselves. I contacted this company on Monday and they were here on Thursday!! We have a clean venting system and a new dryer vent. We are so happy. The tech that came was very professional and upfront about the costs prior to starting any of the repairs. He showed us the new vent and how it operated before installing it. When he needed to make a few adjustments, he talked to us first. We are so pleased with everything. We will be having them come yearly to keep our dryer venting system clean and working well. :)

DVW was very prompt in calling back and scheduling my appointment. Matt did a great job, he found an issue behind the machine, fixed it then did the cleaning all within the original quote. Bonus - he also cleaned the bathroom fan. I would recommend the company, everything was left clean, and safe.

Matt came last week to investigate our lint and dust problem and did a great job determining what was wrong, he came the following week and fixed the problem.
He separated our two dryers and put in a second line. It just took him a couple hours and had to go up to the roof to place second line.
Now it’s working great and he also cleaned out the dryer that was causing problems. It is all working well now and encourage anyone to do the same who has dryer problems.

Excellent service from Matt, today. Very professional and prompt. Explained what he was going to do and checked over everything.
We had just purchased a new dryer and programmed it to do a "dryer vent check" before we used it. The results came back indicating that the dryer vent was "80% plugged"!
Before starting the "cleaning" Matt checked the volume of air that the dryer was pushing out. It registered a 5. He said that it should read 15-18!
After cleaning, we ran the "dryer vent check" again and it read 0 blockage! The air volume being moved was now 18!
I couldn't believe the amount of lint he removed! Had we not purchased a new washer & dryer, and found out the vent was 80% blocked, we would have probably just left things alone.
We'll definitely be using their services again, and on a regular basis.
