I recently had to obtain service quotes as my previous window installer contact either could not or would not return my calls. As per usual, I took the top rated Homestars Contractors and proceeded with the interviewing process. When I met Aubrey, I immediately established a connection with him and was seemingly leaning towards him throughout the quoting process. He didn't come in with the cheapest quote although I gave him a chance to compete with the lowest quote provided and after comparing apples to apples, we were able to come up with an excellent Agreement. From there, the communication was top notch whereby Aubrey not only measured everything twice himself, he even brought in his team to to go through all measurements from both outside and the inside. They were clear on the fact that 10 of the new window frames would require resizing of the blinds and even offered to provide a contact who could resize my existing horizontals. Aubrey was also very clear on informing us that the windows and doors would be approximately 10-12 weeks due to the custom arch windows in my son's room that were ordered. From there, Aubrey maintained good communication and constant updates on the expected delivery and possible installation dates and also provided good insight by way of a checklist, to ensure optimum cleanliness and preservation of our home for the big day. We were fortunate to have a few upcoming days in December that were above 14 degrees so Aubrey outlined the benefits and we agreed to proceed with the installation for those 2 days. On the day of the installation, the team of Aaron, Jack and John were amazing and courteous throughout. They went from room to room commencing with the upstairs and finishing downstairs while being mindful of our newly stained staircase. Aubrey was present throughout the installation ensuring the team had what they needed while advocating to the team on our behalf regarding our particular preferences. All in all, it was a terrific experience from start to finish and Aubrey even threw in a free door sweep for my front door which was worn out and was previously purchased elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Aubrey and his team to anyone who is looking for quality products with excellent service all around.
