I cant say enough about how well the entire experience unfolded with Rizwan. He was polite, responsive to queries, on time, and the runner he sourced and installed (installer Mark was a pleasure to deal with as well) looks fabulous.
Our situation was somewhat challenging too: in a 137 year old rowhouse, the stairs had wear from years of use, and we wanted to preserve that little bit of history. Rizwan and Mark were confident all would work, and they were right.

I'm a repeat customer of Love Your Stairs. After doing a great job installing stair carpets last year, I asked Rizwan back to install carpet in a bedroom, and to lay down a large area rug in the basement (cut from a carpet roll and bound). Rizwan was again very professional, and responded quickly to any questions or proposed changes. Mark did a great job on the installs, arrived early, and was very easy to work with.

The firm, Love Your Stairs, offered many choices of materials, designs, and colours for stair runner carpets. The owner was always polite and responded quickly to any questions. The installer was also polite and worked hard to complete the project in less than a day. We are happy with the finished work. Very nice on our feet too.

Rizwan and his company installed our carpets twice. We first hired them to install the one in the basement and since we loved the end result so much, we contacted them again for another installation on the second floor. Both times we were very satisfied with the end result. They are very professional: they always show up on time, work efficiently, and clean up afterwards. The price is very reasonable as well. :)

This is the second project Rizwan and team have worked on at my house over the last few years. They helped us choose and install a runner for our upstairs staircase a few years ago and it still looks incredible. I was looking to carpet the attic stairs to my son's new third floor bedroom. They're quite steep and I didn't want him to slip in the middle of the night. Rizwan responded to my email almost right away, brought samples and arranged for the installation within a week. Very clean, satisfactory experience.
