John was quick to send me a reply with a quote and appointment time. His price was reasonable for a repair to a shower faucet that was leaking. He arrived a few minutes early to our scheduled appointment. John was polite and careful to protect the work area. He also took the time to check on a separate issue in a different shower and answer my questions. Shower faucet is working great!
