I called John regarding a leaking water shut-off valve for one of my toilets. He determined the issue on the phone, provided a quote, and fit my job in same-day.

After that was fixed, I told him I'd gladly call on him again. In fact, I said there were a couple other plumbing issues that I'd call about another time. One was a leaky tub faucet, the other was a basement toilet which my husband intended to buy a part and replace...figuring it was an easy DIY project. But lots of time had passed so I thought it would get done faster if I could get John's help. As it turns out, John had the part in his truck and could quickly fix this one other job for me. Done! And after replacing the part, John noticed water leaking from the base of the toilet at the floor. He said the seal had to be replaced. John did that too.

So grateful for his expertise and having that additional toilet functioning again, which wasn't even in my plan for today. The other toilet was the real emergency.

John is hardworking and a very pleasant gentleman too. Highly recommend! Thank you, John.

I spoke to Andrei and fixed an appointment and John cam and did the work quickly and efficiently. He made sure everything was done properly and cleaned the are after finishing. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend or call them for all my future plumbing issues !!

Had some wild noises coming from the toilet tank and knocking on the wall at the opposite side of the house. Very mysterious. Called another company but they were not interested in my problems. Call Dima and Andre came to my rescue, same day. Andre patiently explained every detail of the problem to me. The flapper in the toilet had degraded. As a result the fill valve would turn on and vibrate the water pipe in the basement, hitting the floor joist on the opposite side of the house. Efficient, personable and very knowledgeable. Perfect.

Suddenly found water in the cupboard under the kitchen sink and discovered the basket and attached drain pipe had come loose.
Called Dima and spoke to Adrian who asked for pictures of the issue.
Gave me the estimate and as promised arrived the following day.
He replaced the damaged part with a new one and rebuilt some of the structure under the basket. He also tightened the faucet which was a little loose and was vey difficult to reach.
I really appreciated the friendly and positive attitude and how meticulous Adrian was and took the time to make sure all was well before leaving.
I'm relieved to know I now have an unbeatable plumbing resource.

Very responsive to servuice request with followups. Dima's son came to do the work and was extremely professional and courteous. He tackled each problem methodically and resolved all issues including badly clogged kitchen drains, malfunctioning toilet analysis and removal of old/installation of new shower heads.

I had a number of plumbing items that needed doing (new faucet, snaking a bathtub drain, replacing a shut off, taping a showerhead). Andrei Dima is very responsive, keeps you informed when he's arriving. Is upfront at the cost. He explains what he thinks is wrong and how he will repair it. He's professional and courteous. I would use him again.
