They got the lock open for the price quoted, no extra charges, no extra work. I know that might not always be possible but they genuinely try to keep the price to the quote. It was a true real effort by someone good at their craft to get the door open. Others might make half an effort so they are then able to bill extra charges — not A TO Z.
