Excellent service, got a call back shortly after sending an email with quick availability to complete the work. Roman, the owner and manager showed up to do the work. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. He completed the work efficiently and to my entire satisfaction. Called Roman to replace the locks in our new house. He was able to accommodate our weekend visit request, as well as provided clear options for our choices for the locks.
Since he did not have some of the door knobs that we were looking for, he came back the following day and replaced it promptly.
The battery on the digital lock was already dying but he promptly came by to replace it as well.

last Black Friday Sale Nov 25, 2016 Bought a Dead Bolt that I was eyeing for a long time. Tried to install it myself, unfortunately the hole was smaller than standard. Reached out to A to Z locksmith, Roman gave a me an estimate would be available to install it today. Agreed to the given range of estimate, compared to several locksmith I called. He came and made the hole bigger of where the old deadbolt was and installed the new deadbolt. Tested and working fine. Quite satisfied by his service, would definitely reach out to him if needed in the future. Thanks Roman!

Moved into my brand-new house only to find that the doorlock wouldn't open on the second day. I was receiving deliveries at the time and had no time to wait for replacement. I contacted A-to-Z locksmith services and they were here promptly. Replaced the doorlock very quickly. Would recommend them highly.
