I purchased my HVAC and additional warranty ontop of goodman's warranty. After 8 year my HVAC stopped working and I asked Keirian to take a look at it . He said that he will charge me $235 for diagnostic and extra for any parts. I would highly recommend to read the contract closely. There is no point of purchasing warranty from them when they ask to do yearly maintenance.
