I reviewed lots of potential contractors to do this work, but in the end chose straight ace roofing. My profession as a senior buyer helped me make the right decision. I took in all the quotes and reviewed cost/quality/schedule. Not being able to easily get on my roof, you can see the attached pictures, which really show the level of quality during the process. This included protecting the property and cleaning up afterwards.

Overall, I had limited knowledge of roofing, but Manny (owner) walked me through the process intelligently. Manny took the time to go through the materials and options for my roof. He came prepared with references/insurance/ and material samples. The experience was very seemless to me and my family. I fully trusted Manny with the work and I was not disappointed!

Straight Ace came recommended by a friend of mine so I called Manny the owner and he came to the job site and was very professional and prepared. He is very knowledgable and takes pride in his work. He goes the extra mile when executing the job. Part of the roof was shingles and another part was flat roofing. When he started, he stayed until it was done. He himself is up there doing the work himself and making sure his crew is completing everything to his standards, which are very high. He offers a good warranty on his workmanship because he is very confident with his work. I am a general contractor and will definitely use Manny for future projects.
