They sent a man named Zsolt to give me an estimate he gave me an estimate for the work as well as the project length. Once the project began his team was fast and hard working, they had good communication skills. In addition, they are able to adapt to what the customer wants whether its adding or changing something in the project. We called United Restoration Group when our sump pump failed to turn on causing the pit to overflow and flood our basement. Within an hour or two Gabor and his team were at our door...Flooring and baseboards immediately removed, fans and dehumidifier setup, disinfectant sprayed, and basement sealed off. Once everything was dry we decided to hire United to put the basement back together (they worked directly with our insurance for quoting which took some stress out of the process for us). The timing and organization of work was flawless. The repair happened fast and was top quality - Gabor made sure of this. A plumber replaced a leaky water shutoff in our basement. Unfortunately there was water damage to the wall. He recommended Zoltan, so I called him. Within an hour Gabor showed up to take a look. He outlined what needed to be done and gave me a quote.
That afternoon, he returned and set up the drying equipment. Within two weeks, Zoltan came to repair the damage to the wall, and install a new access hatch. We are very pleased with their work, and found them both excellent to deal with. Thank you.

The project lead was onsite within 2 hours. He arranged for a containment team to clean up and disinfect the contaminated areas in the basement. They cleared furniture and personal affects away from the affected area. They brought in air fans and dehumidifier equipment. All were very professionally and efficient while ensuring adherence to heath and safety standards.
