Tariq n khan were very professional n polite. They showed us b4 an afta pic's. An told us an showed us what they were doing n y.

I saw these guys truck doing the next door neighbours and called the number for a quote. I have a two year old who isn't sleeping well and dust could be the problem so I wanted a quote. The neighbour said they did a good job but added don't get the furnace cleaning option for $50 because they just vacuum it out and it takes no time. So the quote was for $249 including a 'biological agent'. I got called the next week and given a price of $199. I booked it. They showed up early in the window. Two guys. Very nice. I said my baby was home (fever) and could they do it quick as possible. They were quite accommodating.
They setup quickly. A few things bothered me. The lead guy came up and said my furnace filter was quite dirty. He had it in his hand. He banged it on the floor and a bunch of dust fell on the rug. I asked him why he was doing that. He said he would clean it up. He didn't. He did throw in a free filter which was nice. Oh, and I had changed the filter only two weeks before so why was it so dirty? Who knows, I'm not an expert... on a tangent the guy's breath was killing me. When I couldn't take it anymore I gave him some mouth wash.

He started in on I needed the biological cleaner for $50. I wasn't against it but all he would say is its natural and kills 99.9% of germs. I asked what the main ingredient was. It was called Benefect. A few rounds later he couldn't understand why I said 'all natural' means nothing and '99.9%' means nothing. He called his manager. Another go round and my kid was getting restless so caved. Anyway, I looked at the bottle in their truck, the main ingredient is thyme. That's right, I paid someone $50 to spice my house. Smells nice.
Oh, another thing. They need to drill into the ducts which is fine but later I noticed metal filings on the ground. That definitely is not okay to leave razor sharp little twists of metal on the ground where my family and the pets walk around.

Update (a week later): A few days later baby is sleeping better and we think we see less dust in the house so I changed the rating from
a 6 to an 8. Overall, I'd like to think they did a good job with a few missteps. With a few protocols in place it could have been an excellent experience.

Work was done professionally, clean and arrived on time. Explained and showed everything they were doing. Completed the job without any issues and were very thorough. Cleaned all ducts and dryer vent and we were surprised to the amout of dirt that was present.

Used the service April 4th , 2017 and I was quite happy with the outcome.

The two technicians who came for duct cleaning were courteous and spent necessary time and effort to properly service the home.

I feel the work done was done with honesty and good effort will use them again.

Showed up in an unmarked truck. Kind of sketchy. Vacuum line was old and short. Truck had to park very close to home and the truck exhaust set off CO2 detectors when work was nearly completed. First floor was covered in duct after "cleaning"... not exactly what I was expecting from a NADCA Professional. One of the workers said "it's dust". Yes we know it's dust, that's what we're trying to get rid of - not spread all over the bedroom! Workers were really nice, but I'm still cleaning up my first floor.

The guys who came to my house cared about what they were doing, and were efficient.

after having the fire department at my house for a gas leak the gas company turned off the gas. I was told by the Enbridge worker that my furnance most likely needed to be replace because the heat exchanged was destroyed so I went to the Internet and called a Bryant dealer which turned out to be Furnace & AC experts. I was in need of help due to the fact that it is winter and very cold out and they sent someone out to the house right away!! I was treated with respect and was informed of what my options were! I was not pushed into any work that I was not sure of! I was well informed and we came to an agreement that replacing the furnace was my best option. What meant a lot to me is that they made it so they were able to get my installation done the same day!!! They came when they said they would and the workers were polite and respected my home as it is very important to me!! They got done to business right away and kept me informed along the way. They got the job done and one of the managers came out when the furnace was installed and he inspected the completed work!! He was friendly and I felt confident that the work was completed properly!!! I was happy to
have the heat back on before the house got cold and was happy to know that I could choose a payment plan if I could not pay in full on that day! All round I was happy with the job and booked to have my ducts cleaned by them at a later date!!
