JCC Construction- Joe Jones

We hired this company to complete a legal basement apartment. 1/4 way through, the contractor stopped responding to us and left our project in a mess. We paid for $12,000 in materials that were never delivered and money never returned. Had to hire new contractor to fix the work completed and finish the job. City inspector noted several issues with their work that has to be ripped out and restarted. Also found out this is not a registered business.
