Assured Quality Roofing and Eavestroughs

I have used Perry and Assured Roofing for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Great response time, very reasonable. I have him inspect the roof and eaves, etc once a year-I value his opinion.

Perry was knowledgeable and friendly. He is definitely a people person. He knew what needed to be done and the correct way to do it.

The first thing that struck me is that he does not take short cuts.

He oversees the work to make sure his guys are doing it the way he wants it done. He used all the right materials and made sure the work area was clean after the job was finished.

I will be using him again when I do my roof shingle replacement.

Perry has done one installation job for me, promptly installing leaf guards last year. I called him again this year as there are problems with the eavestroughs and the roof. He is clearly a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. He has meticulously outlined a solution to the problems and is proactive about solving others that could happen with potential areas of leakage in various places on the roof and ice damming, charging a fair price for reasonable work that I know he will double-check or triple-check if he has to.

Perry was a very helpful and responsible guy. He showed up after I called and provided me the solution for how to redo the downspout and filter the drainage around the entire house. He also caulked the outside wall above my garage, as well put a fix to my chimney. I'm quite happy about his work so far. Thank you Perry for your work well done.

I am very satisfied with Assured Quality. Perry came the day I called to do an estimate and the work was done two days later. The workers were polite and worked with care in the areas with garden as they installed the new eaves troughs. That meant a lot to me.

Perry and his people were excellent. This was a tough job because we wound up replacing the joists and boards throughout. Perry showed me the before and after pictures when the job was completed. I would highly recommend them.

Perry and his team re-located the down-pipes according to the new city bylaws, installed gutter guards and solar roof vents, did a great job, returned to re-seal a couple of seams. They pointed out some issues with existing roofing that we were not aware of. Courteous, proactive, on time and excellent work!

We were having issues with squirrels on a flat roof, creating a mess and causing issues with solar panels. Perry and his crew clad the fascia and soffit with aluminum, patched areas of vulnerability and we have gotten rid of the animals. We are pleased with the service we received, all as quoted and expected. Thanks Perry and your guys - will definitely keep you in mind for metal and roof work.
