I received 4 quotes. Elcon Contracting stood out. They were onsite the next day for a free estimate, offered a concrete base, and was the only contractor with a FIVE year warranty. Professionalism at its best. I feel confident these stones are not going to move with the weight of a car. Thank you Elcon!
