We ordered the glass shower/bath enclosure through a recommendation from our contractor. It took approximately 2 weeks from time of deposit to delivery and install. The crew of 2-3 were timely and courteous. The administration (mostly dealing with Joanne) were friendly and polite. We thought the price to be very competitive, as we needed the oil rubbed bronze hardware. The glass had to be notched to fit the tub, which was done perfectly. The job site was cleaned and details were given re:drying time etc. The completed job looks great! Our bathroom reno is complete (:

The best place in Toronto to get glass or mirrors. Great customer service, very professional and polite. They have great products and prices as well. I know when I go there for my glass or mirror needs, I'll get a good deal on great product.

Was told it would take a week, a month later Im calling everyday to get my order and finally they call me and ask all kinds of questions about my order that should have been taken care of before I placed my order and then I get the mirror and it was cut wrong. I would never go here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service to say the least!

Horrible service for a basic small glass piece. 2 months of chasing them for an answer if it's ready, only to be promised a delivery and then after 2 days past the delivery date to be told "ma'm, I can't assure your delivery as I don't know if there will be an earthquake tomorrow!" What the hell, we are in Toronto! then rudely tells me to call someone else and "don't bother him" 2 months in the making (1 month I was on vacation and they knew that) ... I dealt with Hudson and uninformative Seline All this hassel for a $40 order! sheeshhh My time wasted!

This is a great glass/mirror place. Located near our home at Dufferin and Glencairn, we took a chance and are very glad we did! Great service, great advise, great price. They completed the work on time and exactly to our specifications. The glass shelf for the new vanity had to be cut, but we were advised it was
tempered and very difficult to cut and risked the shelf breaking. The made us a new shelf, exactly, and we really saved alot of money and it looks great. Nice to know they are in our neighbourhood!!

We were very satisfied with the quality of materials, installation and price. Very friendly owner of the operation. That is all I have to say, but homestars wants you to write at least 30 words.
